More Romanians Bound for Catania

Zenga continues to snag Romanian talent in the lead up to the 2008/09 Serie A season. Central defender Sorin Ghionea looks set to don red and blue this week, once a transfer fee is negotiated.
There is also word of Lazio malcontent Guglielmo Stendardo joining the club, perhaps in a swap for Cristian Terlizzi, but there should be a handful of clubs bidding for Stendardo’s services.
Pulvirenti appears to be stepping up the search for a bonafide goal scorer, with rumours of Ravenna sniper Davide Succi as a possible target.
