Catania Battle Back To Beat Atalanta 2-1

Catania came out strong with the fans by their side and put tons of pressure early on but Andrea Consigli was outstanding in the first half. James Troisi had 2 good chances for Atalanta in the first half but nothing happen.

But the game opened up in the second half in the 50 minute when Catania play the ball back to Mariano Andújar who passed the ball right to Maximiliano Moralez who would make no mistake in giving his team the lead. But Catania would fight back and it only took 2 minutes because on a Catania corner Nicolás Spolli header home the game tying goal.

But Catania were not done there cause in the 64 mintue Alejandro Gómez made a great through ball to an open Pablo Barrientos who would score!!!!! and it would end up being the winning goal.

Great win, It showed the teams heart and hard work pays off.
